The venue is approximately 6,000 square feet of open, column-flexible floor space with high ceilings. Capacity depends on your layout: standing receptions hold more guests than seated or staged setups. Private and invite-only gatherings, brand activations and pop-ups, photo and film production, rehearsals, showcases, creative workshops, corporate meetings, and private celebrations. All bookings are pre-scheduled and reservation only.

What rental packages do you offer?

Hourly, half-day, and full-day rentals. Half-day suits intimate events, meetings, and smaller productions; full-day suits large-scale events and full production shoots. Pricing varies by event type, guest count, duration, and add-ons.

What's included with a booking?

The open floor space, white walls, customizable lighting, air conditioning throughout, restrooms, production-friendly load-in and load-out access, and a house concierge during your event.

Do you offer furniture and production add-ons?

Yes. Chairs, round, rectangular and cocktail tables, tablecloths, and lounge sofas are available, plus stage lighting, sound system and microphones, LED visual displays, and DJ setup support. Add-ons are subject to availability.

Is parking available?

VIP parking and street parking are available in the immediate area, and we can advise on nearby lots for larger guest counts. Vendor and production vehicles can be accommodated for load-in with advance notice.

Can I bring my own vendors, caterer, or bar service?

Yes — the venue is vendor-friendly. Outside caterers, decorators, and production teams are welcome. Vendors must provide proof of insurance and coordinate load-in times with our team in advance. Bar setup areas are available; any alcohol service must follow California ABC requirements.

Security is required for certain event types and guest counts, and we'll let you know when your event qualifies. We can arrange licensed security, barricades, and crowd control as add-ons.

Absolutely. The space is a working production location with white walls, blackout-friendly interiors, adjustable lighting, power access, and easy equipment load-in. Half-day and full-day production rates are available.

How far in advance should I book, and how does the process work?

We recommend booking two to six weeks ahead for larger events, and sooner for weekend dates. Submit the booking form, we'll confirm availability and send a quote, then a signed agreement and deposit lock your date.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A deposit is required to hold your date, with the balance due before your event. Cancellation terms and any refundable security deposit are outlined in your rental agreement; date changes are accommodated when the calendar allows.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

Yes. Tours are by appointment. Request one through the booking page and our team will schedule a walkthrough so you can plan your layout in person.

What are your rules for setup, breakdown, and noise?

Setup and breakdown time can be added to your rental on request. We ask that all décor be non-damaging to walls and floors, that the space be returned as found, and that sound levels respect the building and surrounding businesses.
